Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and BrightEdge Wears, a sole proprietorship owned by Patsy Crawford at 194 Stoneybrook Road, Cocoa, FL 32922 ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you accept them. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Written quotes are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise on the quote.
• Prices published on this site are in United States dollars and exclude shipping, decoration and applicable sales tax.
• We correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order and will always tell you before charging anything.
• Volume pricing applies from 12 pieces of a single style and is confirmed on the quote.

3. Orders, proofs and artwork

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, and for decorated work, when you approve the digital proof or sample. Approval is final: once you sign off, production runs to that proof.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo, wordmark or artwork you send us, and that our reproducing it does not infringe anyone's rights. We decline artwork that appears to infringe a third party's trademark or copyright, and we may decline work we consider unlawful or hateful.

4. Payment

• Orders under $500 are payable in full before production.
• Orders of $500 or more require 50% on approval and the balance before dispatch.
• Approved business accounts may be granted net-30 terms after one prepaid order.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH transfer and company check. Late balances over 30 days may attract 1.5% monthly interest.

5. Lead times and delivery

Lead times quoted are working estimates based on current machine time, and we confirm a firm dispatch date in writing before taking payment. Risk passes to you on delivery by the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we file the carrier claim and reship — see Shipping & Returns.

6. Cancellation and changes

• Undecorated stock orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Decorated orders may be cancelled without charge until proof approval. After approval, cancellation is charged at cost of materials and machine time already committed.
• Specification changes after approval are treated as a new quote.

7. Returns, warranty and repairs

Our returns window is 30 days on unworn stock garments, with no restocking fee. Custom-decorated goods are not returnable unless the fault is ours. All BrightEdge Wears outerwear carries a two-year free repair promise on seams and hardware. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms.

8. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or buying our products. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to breach its security, or copy our photography, product descriptions or size charts for commercial use without written permission. All content on this site is our property or used with permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost contracts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Brevard County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any formal step, please contact the owner directly at root@offers.brightedgewears.com or 321-454-1431 — in ten years, every dispute we have had was resolved on the phone.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. This version is effective July 12, 2026.
